Checkout.com partner with MishiPay to bring the ultimate payment experience to brick and mortar stores
Checkout.com, the cloud-based payment solutions provider, has today announced its partnership with leading mobile self-checkout provider MishiPay. MishiPay users and retailers can now benefit from the superior payments experience provided by Checkout.com.
MishiPay’s innovative mobile self-checkout solution enables brick and mortar shoppers to use their own mobile phone for their entire shopping journey. Using their own phones, shoppers can use MishiPay to scan the existing barcodes on products to access additional product information and add items to their basket. Price and promotion information is available in real-time, enabling the shopper to keep a track of their spending and savings as they move around the store. Then, when the customer has finished shopping, they can check out with the tap of a button. This is where the partnership with Checkout.com comes in.
The partnership enables MishiPay’s merchants to benefit from Checkout.com’s payment processing power, their wealth of out-of-the-box payment method integrations, superior reliability and their ability to achieve increased payment
acceptance rates versus the leading competition. In turn, MishiPay enable Checkout.com to extend its reach beyond eCommerce payments and into brick and mortar store transactions. As many as four out of five overall retail payments are
made inside a physical store rather than online, illustrating the powerful channel MishiPay unlocks for Checkout.com.
